You know the World Cup Final is serious business when a city's museums post huge banners in support of the national team. This photo comes from the Van Gogh Museum's Twitter page; apparently the Rijksmuseum has a banner too. The Museumplein will be hopping on Sunday!

That's funny :) I am glad the Van Gogh Museum and the Rijksmuseum are getting in on the fun! After all, football is probably more important than art, at least this month.
Long before the football started, I got long odds on Italy and Spain for the finalists. Italy dropped out early on, but I still have a chance at winning with Spain. However I would love to see the Dutch players do well.
